My name is Natalie Cass and I have been using Fitness Trainers To Go for a few months now and I got started because I wasn't working what so ever and I knew I needed to but I had absolutely no motivation in which to do so and as my trainer kept coming to visit I would hate him but he would get me to work out and do what I needed to get done and now over time I have started running every morning and I'm dieting and doing I'm doing great. I have a lot more muscle then I ever had ever before and I am probably in the best shape now than I have ever been. I don't think I could have done it w/out someone motivating me, and coming to my door, and pestering me to get off of the couch and do something. So I don't know if I could have done it w/out all of you. You have been great and my trainer has been awesome, Edward, and you have been a great staff. So thank you very much and I guess that's it.
