I decided to get a personal trainer because I decided it was worth making in investment in myself. My 50th birthday is looming large and I'm carrying about 40 lbs I could certainly live without and osteoporosis runs in my family so it was time to get serious and getting a fitness trainer was the right answer for me. I have had great luck with the trainers from Fitness Trainers To Go. I started with one trainer who had to leave the organization for personal reasons but they were great about finding me a follow up trainer and she has been terrific about working with me. So far I have made a lot of progress in terms of inches. Weight lose hasn't been what I would like it to be but she has been flexible enough to try and help me figure out how to get me off of the plato that I am stuck on. I have been interested that the workouts are never boring always something different and my trainer has been very friendly, very helpful in trying to arrange my life and my schedule to try and make this a priority. So I would recommend Fitness Trainers To Go to anyone who is interested in making an investment in fitness. It's an investment in you and it's worth it.
