I'm 46 yr old Fitness Trainers To Go client going on a yr now. I have never exercised regularly in my life. So far I have lost 15 lbs and gained a much more toned physic. My Fitness Trainers To Go trainer is fabulous. She personally fits each my workouts to my overall goal of losing weight but more importantly to become a more healthy person. She is always upbeat and positive even when I slip into my old eating habits. She always comes up with ways to stay on track. I need her around the clock some days and she is only a call away. She has called to check up on me and I know if I need an encouraging word she is a phone call away. Each workout is different, for me personally, I need to make it fun and my trainer learned very quickly and came up with fun ways like games that would keep my interest in working out. Circuit training has never been like this I can assure you. And it is because of my Fitness Trainers To Go trainer, working at home to come up with plans for me personally; She comes in and says "Okay, I have been thinking of a way we could do this or that." It's always something new and exciting and that's why I am a Fitness Trainers To Go client because of my personal trainer who keeps my exercise time fun and never boring. That's why you will have me as a client for many more years to come. So make sure you keep my Fitness Trainers To Go, and make her happy because she makes me happy. I have more energy than ever and that's because of my Fitness Trainers To Go trainer. She comes five times a week, we play tennis three times a week. Well, I should say we play tennis with a twist, some days it's just serving, running or skipping after the ball to see who can pick up the most balls. If I can play games and lose weight and get healthy, wow, my Fitness Trainers To Go trainer is one of a kind. Thanks for everything Fitness Trainers To Go from one of your favorite clients, Barbra Groff.
