Our highly qualified personal trainers bring all the equipment you'll need for each session and they'll switch up the workouts each week so that you won't get bored.
One of the key differences between a personal training session from Fitness Trainers To Go versus a session with a trainer at a gym is that our workouts are individually tailored to fit each client's specific needs. You won't get some generic aerobics course from one of our trainers--we combine several different types of exercises including yoga and Pilates. That's not something you'll find at the average gym.
Our trainers also incorporate strength training into each workout, but you won't be using cumbersome lead weights. Like physical therapists, we use rubber instead of lead weights so that the resistance can be slowly and safely increased to fit your level of strength.
