During the Wellness Evaluation, we'll work with you to establish a training schedule that fits your lifestyle. We understand that clients are busy with work, long commutes, and children. Don’t be concerned, we have a large staff and we'll carve out a time in your busy day that’s most convenient for you to make exercise a priority.

No! We'll incorporate a variety of fitness tools to keep your workout fun, challenging and innovative. If you have a home gym, or maybe just a few dumbbells, your personal trainer will look for new ways to take advantage of your existing equipment, plus integrate additional tools that we bring.
